Terms of Service
These terms set out how the VPNCZ cross-border network acceleration service is provided and where the boundaries of its use lie. By registering an account and using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
1. Service Scope
VPNCZ provides a cross-border network acceleration service: the client establishes an encrypted tunnel between your device and overseas routes, for reaching international websites, cross-border business systems and overseas apps. The service covers 120+ countries / 180+ routes and offers clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with no limit on the number of devices per account.
The service is delivered on a subscription basis, with the following prices and allowances: monthly plans at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with traffic resetting each month on the activation date; plus data packs at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. Payment is by Alipay / WeChat / USDT. No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough. Subscription details, client downloads and route status are all shown in the user panel.
2. Account and Subscription Usage Rules
An account is for the registered user only. Unlimited devices means the same account can be online on several devices you own at the same time; it does not mean the account may be handed over for others to use.
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Reselling, renting out or lending a subscription, or opening accounts in bulk on behalf of others and passing them on;
- Publishing account credentials or subscription links on forums, in group chats or on any public channel;
- Bulk account registration, or using automated means to get around account and billing limits;
- Stress testing, scanning or any other requests against the servers that disrupt the normal operation of the routes.
A subscription link is the equivalent of account credentials, so do not forward it. If it leaks, reset the subscription in the user panel immediately; the old link stops working the moment you reset it. If an account shows clearly abnormal concurrent traffic from several locations, the provider may ask for verification and temporarily restrict that account.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your own location and of the place where the service is used, and to satisfy yourself that your purpose and manner of use are lawful. The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: attacking, scanning or breaking into other people's systems; sending spam or harassing content; distributing malicious software; infringing the intellectual property of others; fraud, money laundering and similar conduct.
You are responsible for your conduct while using the service and for its consequences. Where a competent authority makes a lawful request, or where clearly unlawful use comes to light, the provider will cooperate as required by law and may terminate the account concerned.
4. Service Availability and Liability Limits
The provider maintains the availability of its routes and clients to the best of its current capability, and carries out necessary maintenance, upgrades and route adjustments. Maintenance and adjustments may cause brief interruptions; the provider will schedule them for periods of lower impact wherever possible.
For connection interruptions or degraded experience caused by the following, the provider accepts no liability beyond the subscription fees already paid:
- problems with your local network, device, system clock or client configuration;
- changes in the network environment or route policies in your location;
- third-party websites or apps changing their own access policies or restricting certain origins;
- outages at underlying telecom carriers, natural disasters and other force majeure events.
The service provides cross-border network acceleration capability and makes no commitment regarding the accessibility of any particular third-party website or app; when using third-party services, please also comply with their own terms of service.
5. Account Termination
In any of the following situations, the provider may restrict or terminate an account without prior notice:
- breach of the acceptable use requirements in section 3 of these terms;
- reselling, renting out or publicly sharing an account or subscription link;
- using the service for unlawful activity, or placing malicious load on the routes;
- obtaining a refund or completing a payment by fraudulent means;
- false registration details, or using another person's identity.
Accounts terminated because of user violations are not refunded for the remaining subscription period; where the provider terminates the service for its own reasons, the unused portion is handled accordingly.
6. Changes to Terms and Other Matters
These terms may be updated as the service offering and legal requirements change; the updated version is published on this page with its update date, and continued use of the service is taken as acceptance of the updated terms. Commitments regarding pricing, traffic and refunds are governed by the current statements on the pricing page and on this page.
A full refund can be requested without giving a reason within 30 days of your first payment; see the Refund Policy for the process and scope. If you have questions about these terms, submit them through the support ticket form in the user panel, stating your account and the specific issue.
